Quite by chance, we've learned in late October that the farm that we liked so much , had not been sold! We're back on the spot and another visit was held last Friday.
The sellers, who wanted to leave in late September, has renewed a lease with a precarious year, the land will therefore be free at September 30, 2011. We can therefore provide a facility October 1, 2011.
Still, the road is still long preempted because the SAFER * and we must build a case for SAFER and more, in addition to file for aid, and banks. Administrative procedures are very numerous, we are helped in the process by ADAS to coordinate the various actors (banks, management center, Chamber of Agriculture, MSA, insurance etc. ...).
In addition, it is SAFER to decide and we will know later if we are awarded the land or if they go to other candidates.
